Which conveyor components do we make?
Manual Tools Company manufactures components for belt conveyors in coke oven plants, coal washeries and power plants: carrying idlers (idler rollers), return rollers, rubber-ringed impact rollers for hopper loading points, and head and tail pulleys in plain steel or with rubber lagging (diamond groove or plain) for better grip in wet conditions.
Rollers use seamless pipe on bright steel (EN-8) shafts with sealed ball bearings (6204, 6205 or 6305) to keep dust out. Components are available for belt widths of 600, 750, 800, 900, 1000, 1200 and 1400 mm, and idler frames (brackets) can be supplied with the rollers or separately as spares. We take bulk orders for plant-wide replacement.

Are the impact rollers rubberized?
Yes, our Impact Rollers feature robust rubber rings specifically designed to absorb the shock of falling material at hopper loading points.
Do pulleys come with lagging?
We offer both plain steel face pulleys and rubber-lagged pulleys (Diamond groove or plain) for better traction in wet conditions.
Can you supply brackets?
Yes, we can supply the Idler Frames (brackets) along with the rollers or separately as spares.
What is the delivery time?
Standard sizes (e.g., 800mm/1000mm rollers) are often in stock. Custom pulleys typically take 2-3 weeks.
